Maplewood: A home that knows where it belongs
Maplewood is a new subdivision neighbourhood taking shape near the centre of Morrinsville. Twenty-six architecturally designed homes, thoughtfully crafted for the way kiwis live and built for generations to come.
THE PLACE
At home in Morrinsville
Maplewood is a thoughtfully planned collection of twenty-six architecturally designed homes, crafted for modern living. Located near the town centre of Morrinsville, a Waikato working town with good bones, surrounded by farmland and connected to everything that matters. With Cambridge, Matamata and Hamilton approx 30 minutes away, it’s the kind of space that's getting harder to find: room for a garden, a decent driveway, and neighbours who know your name.
McPherson Drive is on the eastern edge of town, where the streets give way to open paddocks and the pace drops a gear. Maplewood has been designed to fit, inspired by the land and community and designed to settle naturally into the landscape of Morrinsville.
Every home at Maplewood reflects a thoughtful approach to modern living: warm, enduring spaces designed to sit comfortably within their surroundings and support everyday life with ease.
Home designs
Thirteen unique home designs bring variety and personality to the neighbourhood. Thoughtfully planned layouts, timeless architecture and quality finishes create homes you'll love living in.
Nature inspired
Designed to embrace natural light, outdoor living and the surrounding landscape, each home reflects the warmth and character of the Waikato.
Built to perform
Premium materials, quality construction and energy-conscious design come together to create homes built for comfort, efficiency and longevity.
Built by Cornerstone
For more than twenty years, Cornerstone Developments has been creating homes and neighbourhoods across the Waikato with a simple philosophy: build the kind of places you would be proud to call home yourself.
Founded by Mike and Jacqui Callagher and now joined by the next generation, Cornerstone remains a family-led business grounded in integrity and long-term thinking. Every decision is made with the future in mind, creating homes that are built to last and communities where people can put down roots and feel connected.
Register your interest
Maplewood is now open for registrations of interest. Homes are selling off the plan, and early registrants have first access to home design and palette selection. We welcome all buyers - whether you are purchasing your first home, upsizing, downsizing or investing in the Waikato's steady market.
A little more space. A little less rush.
Life here is shaped by the simple things. Morning coffee on the main street, children walking to school, weekends at the local market or exploring nearby parks and trails. Morrinsville is a place that's easy to settle into and even easier to stay.
